The problem
Two expensive mistakes bracket most product work. The first is building for nine months before anyone outside the company touches it. The second is validating on a prototype and then treating that prototype as the product until it collapses under real users. We work on both ends: a narrow prototype when the question is whether anyone wants this, and a properly engineered build when the question is whether it will hold. Choosing the right stack for which of those you are actually in is most of the value.

We pick the stack for the question
Bubble when speed to a working product wins. Custom code when the load, the logic or the cost curve says it has to be. We will argue for the cheaper answer if it is the right one.

You see the product, not a status report. That is also how scope creep gets caught early, while it is still cheap to talk about.

Changes go through the estimate
New requirements are welcome and they are re-estimated in writing. Nothing gets quietly absorbed and then quietly billed.

Handover is a deliverable, not a favour
Repositories, credentials, documentation and a recorded walkthrough. If you never call us again, nothing breaks.

Questions about this direction
Should we build on Bubble or with custom code?
Bubble wins when the priority is reaching a working product quickly and the logic is mostly CRUD, workflows and integrations — it is our strongest platform and we have shipped complex applications on it. Custom code wins when you need heavy computation, unusual data structures, tight cost control at scale, or a specific runtime. We give you the trade-off in the estimate rather than defaulting to whichever we prefer.
Can you take over an existing project?
Yes, and we have. We start with a technical audit that says plainly what is salvageable, what needs rewriting and in what order, so you can decide before committing budget. One project in our portfolio came to us after two previous teams and needed database and UI restructuring before anything else could move.
What does AI-assisted delivery change for us?
We use Claude Code as part of the production process, which reduces the hours a given scope takes. Because we price by scope rather than by seat-time, that reduction lands on your invoice. It does not change the review process — everything shipped is read by a person who is accountable for it.
Do you do design as well?
UX and UI design sits in our Growth, UX & Analytics direction, and the two are often bought together. If you already have designs, we build from them; if you do not, we can cover both.
