Bubble wins when the priority is reaching a working product quickly and the logic is mostly CRUD, workflows and integrations — it is our strongest platform and we have shipped complex applications on it. Custom code wins when you need heavy computation, unusual data structures, tight cost control at scale, or a specific runtime. We give you the trade-off in the estimate rather than defaulting to whichever we prefer. ### Can you take over an existing project? Yes, and we have. We start with a technical audit that says plainly what is salvageable, what needs rewriting and in what order, so you can decide before committing budget. One project in our portfolio came to us after two previous teams and needed database and UI restructuring before anything else could move. ### What does AI-assisted delivery change for us? We use Claude Code as part of the production process, which reduces the hours a given scope takes. Because we price by scope rather than by seat-time, that reduction lands on your invoice. It does not change the review process — everything shipped is read by a person who is accountable for it. ### Do you do design as well?
